To claim up to a $300 rebate check please submit the following information. Rebates are for 20% of the amount invoiced to the apartment complex for the referral fee up to a $300 check. Your rebate check is mailed the same day our company receives the referral payment from your new apartment complex. The apartments are generally unable to process payments in under 30 days, so please allow 45 to 60 days for your rebate check to arrive.
